Things Change and We Adapt: Use this time to reboot and upgrade yourself

What if you saw this time of slowing down as a gift and looked at it as an opportunity to upgrade who you are as a person? A disruption in your life through an illness, a loss of job or home or relationship or a global pandemic is an opportunity to change and adapt.

Take a moment right now to reflect on the last 6–12 months of your life.

  • What have you been wishing and dreaming about?
  • Have you been receiving whispers of an idea?
  • Have you been longing for a change?
  • Have you received a wake-up call to change something in your life?
  • What clues have been appearing in conversations you have been having with other people?
  • Do you want to be a “better” person? A “better” version of yourself?

Now is a great time to reflect and begin to implement change.
