I’ve been reading the book: The Body is Not an Apology: The Power of Radical Self-Love by Sonya Renee Taylor who started a movement committed to radical self-love and body empowerment as the foundational tool for social justice and global transformation.
What is Radical Self-Love?
First, let’s take a look at the definition of radical:
- Going to the root or origin
- Affecting the fundamental nature of something; far-reaching or thorough.
Second, why Radical Self-Love? Why not just Self-Love?
- To separate it from Self-confidence and Self-acceptance.
