The Healers

Healers are the conflict mediators, the therapists, the preachers, the rabbis, the singers, the dancers, the artists — “all the folks that are going to make us well.” (Yes! Magazine)

You are the artists who can help with healing as the old structures and systems change and the new are being birthed. Your art, blogs, books, sacred geometry, photos of nature posted on Facebook, classes about body wisdom and strengthening the nervous system, restorative practices, beauty, and culture have the potential to help the world heal and embrace a new world.

Healing arts can be fierce and bold, gentle, and calming.

Cultural practices are another way to bring in healing. This could be researching your ancestry and learning traditions that have been lost, like knitting or cooking traditional foods. It can also be experiencing another culture and appreciating it.
