The 60’s and 70’s

At some point, you will feel frail and vulnerable. This can happen when you are a toddler, and you fall off a playground slide and break your arm or you are lost in a crowd and can’t find your mother or father. It can happen in your 30’s with a diagnosis of an autoimmune condition or cancer. It can be a 60-year-old who loses their job because of a company shutting down.

When your body is broken, maimed, or diseased, or life throws you a curve ball, you can feel old at any age.

Feeling frail and vulnerable is more expected when you reach your 60’s and 70’s because you have been in a body vehicle for a long time and this used to be the end of life expectancy. Health insurance in different parts of the world may not meet your needs without a financial burden that you weren’t prepared for which causes an emotional vulnerability and time does not heal everything.

Imprints of poor health are part of the collective belief. Holding a different mindset that is focused on wellness is one strategy for flipping…
