Fake news

Take a deep breath, as we explore “Fake News.”

The Florida second District Court of appeals on February 14th, 2003, unanimously agreed that there is no rule against distorting or falsifying news in the United States. In an article by Leon Caston of Chicago media watch, Fox News asserted that there are no written rules against distorting the news in the media. They argued that, under the First Amendment, broadcasters have the right to lie or deliberately distort news on public airwaves. As you read this, you probably had some kind of emotional response where this was reinforced as belief or as fake.

After searching different ideas and opinions about this case, on the world wide web, I believe it is true. I also believe that if you do a google search, you will find that this is in a gray zone. It needs more context because the judgement on this case had more to do with other information. They won the case on that information.
