The old systems are crumbling. A new world will be birthed out of this time. You can see new ideas emerging by watching the leaders of social justice movements: activists, governors, mayors, senators, authors, filmmakers, moms, dads and kids. You can see it by watching protests after the deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery and Breonna Taylor. Look around at the leaders in the world and see the feminine qualities that are rising and meeting with the masculine in the form of action.
We have seen women leaders in New Zealand, Iceland, Finland and Germany demonstrate collaboration and lead with a new style of leadership during COVID-19. Caring and protecting the people as a part of governing.
