Day Twenty-three: Rethinking Paris
Day Twenty-three: Rethinking Paris
“She is so bright and glorious that you cannot look at her face or her garments for the splendor with which she shines. For she is terrible with the terror of the avenging lightning, and gentle with the goodness of the bright sun; and both her terror and her gentleness are incomprehensible to humans…. But she is with everyone and in everyone, and so beautiful is her secret that no person can know the sweetness with which she sustains people and spares them in inscrutable mercy.” ~Hildegard von Bingen
(Day 23 of 30 days of writing. All of the 30 days are posted on Medium or go to this link and purchase the entire e-book for 99 cents. The Sacred Feminine: Tuning into Your Personal Power. 30 days of Writing and Reflecting)
I was reading AFAR magazine today when an article called, ‘Rethinking Paris’ caught my eye. The article had three stories revealing an uncovering of the feminine by shining a light on women taking action. The feminine qualities of desire, compassion, and feelings. The masculine is the container and the action. Tuning into the well of your intuition by asking, “what do I want” and taking the time to tune into your feelings and desire. We need both energies activated together. Pause and listen before taking action!
