Forest Bathing is an Earth Practice.

One summer, I signed up to pet sit for two dogs who lived next to the Washington Arboretum in Seattle. Every day, for three months, I walked the dogs through the Arboretum developing an even deeper love for the evergreen trees with their different varieties of pinecones. Small to large; blooming in the same way flowers were blooming in the neighborhood. Some green, some black and all of them reaching for different shades of brown when fully mature.
