One day each month, I set aside time for wandering. It’s a practice that changes based on where my intuition and desire lead me. Wandering can be a quiet pursuit of napping and writing or an impulse to work on my business and create a newsletter or video. It can be an exploration into the local town or a museum and lunch. Sometimes wandering happens when I travel, and I open to the guidance of my desire. Wandering builds a connection to my intuition like exercising a physical muscle.
