For 30 days, we have been highlighting qualities of feminine energy while also looking for clues and evidence of the feminine qualities rising in women and men. We started by setting an intention. Pausing, tuning into our hearts and listening to find something we wanted to explore, awaken and remember regarding our feminine power. We have asked questions, reflected and written about the things we are feeling and noticing.
In weeks One and Two, we tuned in and listened to hear the voice of the feminine by identifying qualities and noticing where we have embraced her voice or shut her down. What did you notice about your intuition, feelings and body wisdom? Do you have a relationship with those parts of yourself? Have you learned something in the reflection?
