It is the spring of 2020 and there is a global pandemic.

Slow down…

This is the message all around us. Museums are closed. Broadway is dark. Schools are closed and moved online. People are encouraged to work remotely and stay home.

I understand the ‘need’ to be busy and how we have been conditioned to do, do, do. Go, go, go. It is one of the ways we have been taught that we have value. What are you doing? What do you do for work? What did you do this week? We don’t even have the language to ask someone about the practice of being, listening, or tuning into their intuition. How is your meditation practice? What is your relationship to your intuition?
