Songs are linked and woven into memories of joy and sadness and encoded into the cells of our bodies. Music stirs our soul. It inspires confidence and can help lift our energy and teach us. An example is a song that Jason Mraz wrote called, ‘Look for the Good.’ It’s a song that is meant to inspire us to be kind, have compassion, set your soul free and look for the good everywhere.

When I had an autoimmune condition, in 1995, a friend brought me a walk man and cassette tape with the album, Return to Pooh Corner by Kenny Loggins.
